Highly Capable ProgramThe Lynden School District is now accepting referrals for K-11 students to be assessed for eligibility to receive highly capable services during the 2014-2015 school year. Students eligible for services in the Hi Cap Program perform or show potential for performing at significantly advanced academic levels when compared to others of their age, experiences or environments. Click here to see a list of characteristics of highly capable students.Teachers, parents and community members may refer any student in grades K-11 for assessment. Secondary students may self-refer.
