LHS Community Transitions

The Community Transitions program seeks to integrate young adult students (18-21 years old). Respect for all ability levels and strengths is a primary focus of our program. We promote personal growth and goal achievement in all aspects of life. The curriculum focuses on acquiring the skills to become successful, independent, and contributing adults in society.
