Spring!
Spring is such a wonderful time of year as the flowers blossom, fresh air abounds and opportunities for outdoor activities are plentiful! Spring also has some potential challenges, both at home and school. Life at home can be BUSY; kids and adults going in many different directions all seemingly at once. Adults must work a little harder to stay balanced and healthy to carry out the paramount duty of raising children. Schools also must work to navigate the hectic pace. Student learning activities and state assessments are in full-swing. We are also working to register next year’s kindergarten students, develop next year’s improvement goals, master schedules and class placements, and make hiring and facility decisions...Whew! We too, work to stay balanced and healthy to serve your children in a manner that meets everyone’s expectations. Best advice I can give is to stay positive, develop strong trusting relationships and communicate clearly your uncertainties, challenges, and celebrations.

Lost and Found
The lost and found table is overflowing with things from balls to clothing to lunch pails. Next time you visit take a look at the lost and found table to see if one of the treasures on it is yours. All items will be donated to charity at the end of the school year.
Bike Rules
Warmer weather is here! A reminder to students who ride bicycles to school that bicycle helmets are required. Bikes and scooters should be walked on school sidewalks and through crosswalks at dismissal time.
