Kelly SlagleLearning Resource TeacherTitle I Coordinator |
In 2005 I taught a 4th/5th grade split class at Nooksack Elementary and last year I taught Special Education (K-5) for the same school.
I graduated from Western Washington University with a B.A. in Communication, and then went back to school in 2003 to pursue a career in teaching. I now have endorsements for teaching K-8th grade, Special Education (P-12), and a TESOL (Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate.
I am originally from Montana, but have also lived in Colorado and Texas. In 2000, I spent time in Indonesia teaching English as a Foreign Language. My hobbies include traveling, reading, exploring other cultures, and spending time with my husband and two dogs. It is a pleasure to work with the students, family members, and staff at Bernice Vossbeck Elementary School!
Things to do with your children during Christmas Break (and not spend much money) This list was suggested to me by a teacher from Kendall School |
